AB PMJAY Auto Adjudication Hackathon 2026

New Delhi: The AB PMJAY Auto Adjudication Hackathon 2026 has been launched by the National Health Authority (NHA), inviting innovators across India to develop advanced digital solutions aimed at transforming claims processing under Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY).

The AB PMJAY Auto Adjudication Hackathon 2026 seeks to enhance efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and build a scalable adjudication framework for the country’s largest health assurance scheme.

The hackathon comes at a time when AB PM-JAY processes nearly 50,000 claims daily across more than 1,900 treatment packages.

With only 15–20% of claims currently being auto-adjudicated, the AB PMJAY Auto Adjudication Hackathon 2026 aims to address the growing need for a robust, package-agnostic solution capable of handling high volumes and complex documentation requirements.

The initiative focuses on leveraging automation, artificial intelligence-based fraud detection, standardized documentation, and real-time verification to fully digitize claims processing.

Through the AB PMJAY Auto Adjudication Hackathon 2026, the National Health Authority aims to enable faster, more accurate, and transparent claim settlements while strengthening the overall healthcare delivery ecosystem.
